DESCRIPTION
The Icon Development Kit (IDK) provides a platform to enable the design and development of applications using the RN-131 module. The IDK comes complete with a calibrated, tested and certified RN-131 Module than can be programmed with user application or any of the sample applications in the SDK.

- Dual power supply options with power indicator and reverse polarity protection
- 3.3V external power supply via UART, SDIO/SPI slave and SPI master headers
- 5V power supply (an on-board regulator provides local 3.3V)
- Multiple interface options, configured by Mode Select switches
- RS-232 compliant UART-serial interface via a standard DB-9 connector
- 3.3V compliant UART serial interface via a 2x4-pin 0.1” DIL header
- 3.3V SPI-master interface via a 2x5-pin 0.1” DIL header
- 3.3V SDIO-slave & SPI-slave interface via a 2x6-pin 0.1” DIL header
- Current Measurement facility to enable power profiling of the module
- A push-button reset switch
